Product Description
The Underground Scooper is powered by a reliable 4105 turbocharged engine combined with a 280-type dual power transmission system, ensuring strong power output and smooth operation in challenging underground environments. This configuration makes it ideal for heavy-duty mining and tunneling applications.
To meet the braking demands of underground work, the machine features a specialized wheel-side reduction axle designed for engineering machinery, equipped with an air-over-oil disc braking system. This setup provides enhanced safety and braking precision, even under heavy loads.
With a compact design, the Underground Scooper is narrower, lower, and shorter than standard loaders, allowing it to maneuver easily in ultra-low and narrow tunnels. This makes it especially suitable for tight underground spaces where traditional equipment cannot operate efficiently.
The standard tire configuration includes 15/70-18 tires, providing balanced performance and durability. For more specific underground needs, users can opt for 9.75-18 tires as an alternative setup to suit different operating conditions.
Durability is a key focus, and the bucket's cutting edge is made from wear-resistant 400-grade special steel, providing exceptional resistance to abrasion and extending service life. Additionally, the bucket width can be customized according to user requirements, offering flexibility for different mine layouts and material volumes.
To reduce emissions and ensure environmental safety in enclosed underground areas, the Underground Scooper comes standard with an exhaust gas water filtration system. Users also have the option to equip the machine with an oxidation catalyst for further emission control.
