HFF series high-frequency vibrating screen is a unique dry screening system that can achieve efficient screening.The HFF series high-frequency vibrating screen adopts a high-speed transverse axis to make the screen vibrate evenly.The vibration motor produces a high acceleration of 10G to 40G, and the frequency range is from 50Hz to 100Hz.Compared with the standard high-frequency inclined vibrating screen, the banana shape of the HFF series high-frequency vibrating screen can make production more efficient, and it can also handle larger tonnage materials.HFF series high-frequency vibrating screens are energy-saving and efficient, and the power consumption for processing 50 tons of materials per hour is only 9kW.


Each HFF high-frequency vibrating screen is equipped with a control system, which includes a frequency converter and a touch screen HMI. Therefore, users can fine-tune the screening system according to specific application needs.Each layer of screen inside the equipment can independently change the screen frequency and amplitude.Each layer of screen is equipped with 10 independent shafts with motors to ensure uniform vibration of the entire screening medium.The HFF high-frequency screen can be automatically cleaned without stopping, which greatly improves work efficiency.
