CS cone crusher
When the CS cone crusher is working, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the triangle belt, the large pulley, the drive shaft, the small bevel gear, and the large bevel gear. The axis of the crushing cone rotates and swings under the force of the eccentric sleeve, so that the surface of the crushing wall sometimes approaches and sometimes leaves the surface of the rolling mortar wall, so that the material is constantly impacted, squeezed and bent in the annular crushing chamber composed of fixed cone and moving cone. Broken.After multiple squeezes, shocks and bends, the material is broken to the required particle size and discharged through the lower part.
Material selection: The large gears are made in a 40Cr electric arc steel furnace, and the small gears are forged in 35SiMn.
Heat treatment: Imported bevel gear planer is used for core quenching and tempering + surface quenching processing, so that the gear can ensure its accuracy in terms of tooth shape and indexing.
As the core part of the cone crusher, the eccentric bushing, its accuracy determines the accuracy of the movement of the whole machine. Our factory adopts each specification (model) of the eccentric bushing has its own special processing machine tool, and the accuracy of the eccentric distance exceeds the requirements of the drawings.
