1.Sturdy structure

The assembled type adopts advanced modular, non-welded frame structure design, with high fatigue strength and high reliability. 2.Superior cavity design

The symmetrical "V"-shaped cavity design, with a large inclination angle, large stroke and reasonable speed of the elbow plate, makes the feed particle size larger, the output is higher, the particle size is more uniform, and the wear of the jaw plate is reduced.

3.Heavy-duty moving jaw assembly is durable

The heavy-duty moving jaw assembly adopts forged heavy-duty eccentric shafts, high-quality heavy-duty rolling bearings, and a moving jaw body optimized by finite element software to ensure the impact resistance and high stability of the moving jaw assembly; the labyrinth sealing and centralized lubrication system ensure that the bearing grease is not contaminated and the lubrication is more convenient, making it run longer and more stable.

4.Movable jaw guard design

A heavy-duty guard plate is installed above the moving jaw to avoid material impact and effectively protect the moving jaw body and its internal bearings from damage.

5.Integral bearing seat

The overall cast steel bearing seat structure ensures complete cooperation with the frame, avoiding unnecessary radial load on the bearing during the fastening process of the combined bearing seat, and making the bearing run more smoothly.
